The staff person will enjoy ministry responsibilities of building relationships with coaches, student leaders and area donors; planning and implementing ministry program to athletes and coaches; working with volunteers, as well as stewardship responsibilities of raising funds for the ministry.
This will be a full-time salaried position requiring a solid walk with Christ; good people and leadership skills; be a self-starter and possess a good work ethic; and also have the ability to successfully network within the community.
The candidate filling this position will report to the Area Director for Eastern Iowa FCA. They will work as a team to serve huddles, equip existing huddle leaders and start new huddles. Other responsibilities will include helping to organize an established annual Power Camp, Fields of Faith event, FCA Huddle Rally and Sports Camp. This person will model the values of FCA: integrity, serving, teamwork and excellence.

Area Representative - Far Western Kentucky
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is announcing a full-time staff opportunity to serve Christ as an Area Representative in our Western Kentucky Office, located in Paducah. This beautiful area of Kentucky is a rural community which features Lake Barkley and Murray State University. Along with the cities of Paducah and Hopkinsville, this office serves a 14county area and presently has activity on 30 school campuses.
The successful applicant will demonstate a clear calling by God to the FCA ministry, as well as current or past involvement with athletics and FCA. All candidates must possess a solid walk with Christ; have good people and leadership skills; be a self-starter and possess a good work ethic; and also possess the ability to successfully network within the community.
This postion is responsible for developing all aspects of FCA ministry in the assigned geographic service area. And while this area does have a good history of FCA ministry, it still has tremendous potential for growth. The staff person will enjoy ministry responsibilities of building relationships with coaches, student leaders, and area donors; planning and implementing ministry program to coaches and athletes; developing and working with a Leadership Board of volunteers; as well as stewardship responsibilities of raising funds for the ministry.
