Position: Field Associate
Supports: Coaches/ Athletes
Reports To: Area Director

Position Description Summary: The Field Associate position is responsible for growing the influence of FCA in an assigned area through prayer, and by staffing the schools with huddle coaches. This position is responsible for evangelizing, training, equipping, and encouraging coaches and athletes. The Field Associates ensures the effectiveness and longevity of FCA through supporting the camping ministry.

The Field Associate is accountable for ensuring that all FCA activities are conducted according to biblical standards and adhere to FCA policies and procedures. The Field Associate should model the FCA Values of Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence with coaches, athletes, donors and other staff.

Position: Area Representative
Supports: Coaches, Student Athletes, and Adult Volunteers
Reports To: Area Director

Position Description Summary: Position entails growing the influence of the FCA ministry in the assigned geographic area through prayer, and equipping campuses with effective leaders.  The position is responsible for evangelizing, training, equipping and encouraging the coaches, and student -athlete leaders at the given campuses. Employee will model the values of FCA: integrity, serving, teamwork, and excellence.

The focus of this position is to encourage, equip and empower coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high, and youth levels to use the powerful medium of sports to impact the world for Jesus Christ.  The Area Representative develops the 4C’s of FCA Ministry (Coaches, Campus, Camps and Community) to ensure the growth and longevity of the local ministry.

Employee is responsible for the cultivation of the FCA ministry in the geographical community through adult booster clubs, adult huddles, local leadership board, donors, and volunteers.

Employee is responsible for ensuring that all FCA activities are conducted according to biblical standards and adhere to FCA’s policies and procedures which can be found in the staff manual.

Area Director
Supervises: Area Representatives
Reports To: Regional Director or Director (Multiple Areas)

Position Description Summary: The position of Director is responsible for growing the influence of FCA through prayer and by staffing the area with FCA Representatives.  The Director should model the FCA Values of Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence.

The Area Director develops the 4C’s of FCA Ministry (Coaches, Campus, Camps and Community) by ensuring the growth, training, development and longevity of the local FCA Ministry Staff.

This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, equipping and encouraging Area Representatives. The Area Director ensures the effectiveness of the ministry through development of staff, Leadership Boards, and volunteers.  In addition the Director is responsible for ensuring the financial resources are in place to support the ministry.  The Director is accountable for ensuring that the FCA Ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.
