Singapore is the most densely populated independent country in the world with 5.5 million inhabitants. With its highly developed and successful free-market economy, Singapore has enjoyed an open and corruption-free environment. Singapore has a higher per capita GDP than most developed countries, resulting in very low unemployment rates.

Singapore is the world capital of religious diversity with 40 percent of the population identifying as Buddhist, 18 percent as Christian, 14 percent as Muslim and 5 percent as Hindu. Popular sports include soccer, basketball, cricket, swimming, sailing and table tennis. Singapore also hosts a round of the Formula One World Championship, the Singapore Grand Prix.

Established in 2010, FCA Singapore is making an impact in the lives of coaches and athletes in a significant way throughout the country. Staff and volunteers offer their own time, resources and funds to reach their communities for Christ. FCA Singapore is experiencing firsthand how sports has opened the door for opportunities to present to coaches and athletes the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.
