If you are an adult and desire to serve in the FCA ministry, complete and submit a MLA form.
If you are an adult interested in being involved with FCA as a volunteer and desire to serve as a Ministry Leader at a Camp, Huddle or Event, then you will need to complete and submit a Ministry Leader Application (MLA). (Note: Student-Leaders do not need to fill out the MLA.) All adults who will work with students within the context of FCA will need to have an approved MLA on file with FCA.
Here's how the process works.
- Fill out the MLA (either online or printed versions)
- Your local staff person will review your MLA.
- Once approved, your MLA will remain on file with the FCA Home Office.
