Jeff Miller serves as the Executive Vice President of Talent Advancement.

Jeff spent 19 years in technology consulting, pursuing leadership opportunities that ultimately saw him leading three global programs providing software solutions in the finance industry. After traveling the world for the better part of that time, Jeff reset his priorities and pursued opportunities closer to his family and home in Rochester, NY.

Miller’s involvement with FCA began in 2012, when he was looking for a way to “give back” to his community and was approached by FCA’s current Chief Support Officer Sean McNamara about getting involved. Before long, he was leading the way as the Upstate New York FCA Board Chair before coming on staff as the Northeast Regional Director of Talent Advancement in 2016.

After surrendering his life to Christ in high school, where he played baseball, Miller attended the University of Buffalo where he earned a BS in Business Administration. While no longer coaching on the sidelines, Miller has transitioned to the stands where he cheers for his children as they compete in lacrosse and volleyball. Miller and his wife, Becky, reside in Penfield, NY with their two children.
