Sean McNamara

Chief Sport Officer

seanmcnamara12Sean McNamara serves as the Chief Sport Officer. Sean grew up in Rochester, NY and attended Bishop Kearney High School where he played varsity lacrosse. He went on to attend Randolph-Macon College where he was captain of the lacrosse team. After interning two summers for FCA, Sean joined staff June 1, 1999 as FCA Lacrosse Director. He then became VP of Sport-Specific Ministry from 2007-2010. His role continued to expand as he went on to serve as Regional Vice President of the Northeast Region from 2010-2019 and most recently as Chief Support Officer.

Sean has coached lacrosse at the youth, high school and college level and enjoys giving back to the game. He enjoys watching his children compete at a high level in swimming, speed-skating and lacrosse.

Sean and his wife Anna met the summer of 2000 while working at an FCA camp. They have four children; Grace, Luke, Caleb and Ella.
