9TYHHJQ8Netball ... What is it?
Netball is known around the world as a fast-paced and exciting sport compromised of two teams of seven players each. It is derived from early editions of basketball, and the object of the game is for teams to score goals through their ring goal, or "net." Players have a position on court where they need to stay, and the ball is passed between players with the defense trying to stop them. There are four 15-minute quarters, and whichever team has the most goals at the end wins.

"I tell my players all the time, 'If you work hard, you'll reap the benefits. Dig deep; don't give up.' As believers, we need to stay focused andFTww2pD0 keep our eyes on the prize. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," said Coach Williams-Gabriel.

Coach Williams-Gabriel leads her players in exercise and practice to keep them in top physical shape for their high levels of competition. She also makes sure each player is cared for holistically, caring about the mind, body and spirit.
