Thirty FCA leaders gathered on January 21-22, 2016, in Manila for the Sixth Annual Leadership Summit. The Area Directors and Area Representatives from 10 city chapters attended the training. It was hosted by FCA Philippines partner Greenhills Christian Fellowship (GCF), the home church of Coach Jojo and Janet Villa (Area Director of FCA Manila). Pastor Larry P. Pabiona, GCF Senior Pastor, welcomed the FCA leaders to GCF and shared a powerful devotion on leadership.
The summit focused on Leadership Boards, 3Dimensional Coaching, Camps, and Fundraising. One new city chapter was added – FCA Dagupan under Coach Nestor "Nanoy” Duque (Area Director). It was a great time of fellowship, spiritual growth and leadership development amongst the delegates. A training team of five staff from FCA USA attended: Mike Sanfratello (Rockies Region VP), Kevin Mark (Colorado State Director), Aaron Frude (Rockies Regional International Coordinator), Nate Thurlow (Ft Collins Area Rep), and Dan Britton (EVP of FCA International).
