Faith. Fellowship. Fun. This was the encouragement for more than 2,100 staff members and spouses who attended FCA’s 2022 Realtime in San Antonio, Texas, in February.
For three days, staff gathered for worship, Bible teaching and vision casting. Leadership set the vision further for pursuing the mission and reach every coach and athlete. New Sport Pillars were introduced, taking FCA further into additional athletic avenues like All Ability, Motor Sports and Outdoors. Coaches and athletes shared their testimonies on how FCA has impacted their lives and faith, and former and professional athletes shared about the influence of people in their lives growing up, some of them being staff in the audience who were acknowledged and affirmed. God is moving in incredible ways, and as everyone gathered in the amphitheater and looked around at the thousands of faces pursuing Jesus together, it inspired and confirmed that God is just getting started.
It was a refreshing time where all of FCA’s regions and local areas from all around the world came together in unity to connect and recharge. As a ministry, FCA wants to serve coaches and athletes from the overflow and this was a time that filled everyone up.
