The FCA Midwest Region field staff, led by VP Tim Johnson, gathered in Edwardsville, Ill., Sept. 9-11, in the state-of-the-art Jon Davis Wrestling Center for their “Matters of the Heart” Capacity Conference. The purpose was to team build and embrace the “Matters of the Heart” that were presented and discussed including 3-Dimensional Coaching Training, FCA’s Diversity Initiative, and FCA International.

Special guest 4-time Olympian Jackie Joyner-Kersee not only presented and discussed the Diversity Initiative, but also hosted the group at her JJK Center in East St. Louis, Mo., where the staff coordinated an FCA experience for more than 50 young athletes and their coaches.
