Field VP: Jimmy Page, midatlanticfca.org

Ministry Moment: Last fall, 130 staff members from the Mid-Atlantic Region gathered for its annual All-Staff Capacity Conference. We competed, learned, and grew as a team, prepared to get back out in the field to impact coaches and athletes from New Jersey; Delaware; Pennsylvania; Virginia; Washington, D.C.; Maryland; and FCA Surf and Lacrosse!

Prayer Requests:

1. For our 12 prospective staff members raising funds to become full-time staff as soon as possible.

2. For new ministry opportunities as we reach club and travel teams in every sport.

3. For our expansion of "Complete Campus Ministry" as we actively form team Huddles to reach every coach and athlete.

East Asia

Regional International Coordinator: Mark Stephens

Ministry Moment: We are praising the Lord as we continue to see great results from our outreach in East Asia, witnessing many people making first-time commitments to Christ. More than 60 leaders from 14 countries came to Singapore in December to participate in a training that covered coaches ministry and fundraising. We are excited to see these leaders put this new training in action over this year. We also produced the first-ever FCA Camp Bible Handbook in Korean, with more translations planned for 2018.

Prayer Requests:

1. For God to bring more workers for the harvest.

2. God's protection for those in restricted areas who are doing His work in East Asia.

3. Wisdom for the next steps in our ministry growth.

Rockies -- Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming

Field VP: Mike Sanfrantello, rockiesfca.org

Ministry Moment: The 45th Annual FCA Fiesta Bowl Breakfast was highlighted by keynote speaker Jonathan Evans, chaplain for the Dallas Cowboys and son of Tony Evans, the well-known author and pastor. Jonathan brought an inspiring message to more than 1,300 people. A coach and a player from Washington and Penn State, respectively, also shared how their faith in Jesus helps them on and off the field. It was a great event, and we look forward to hosting the 46th annual event in December.

Prayer Requests:

1. That leadership in Utah and New Mexico will rise up!

2. For FCA Coaches Weekend in Phoenix.

3. For Andrew Powell, our new Colorado State Director — a new season for CO FCA.

Regional International Coordinator: Aaron Frude

Ministry Moment: In 2018, staff from the Rockies Region will join FCA Philippines staff to host a Coaches Ministry Training along with a two-day sports camp in Cebu. Following those events, the annual FCA Philippines Summit for more than 30 FCA Philipino leaders will be held in the city of Davao. We also plan to return to Australia to continue training and working with coaches and sports ministry leaders, along with a vision trip to New Zealand to work on developing partnerships with local sports ministries.

Prayer Requests:

1. For the camps, Huddles and coaches' ministry taking place throughout the Philippines.

2. Wisdom for the leadership within the ID Sports Australia ministry.

3. For strategic partnerships to grow in New Zealand.
