Student interests across America are extremely diverse, with some gravitating toward art, reading or dance, while others love sports, computers or music. But one commonality will bring nearly 200,000 students, coaches, teachers and parents together on hundreds of athletic fields nationwide this week—their love for Jesus.

FOF 10 311On Wednesday, these community members will come together for FCA's 15th annual Fields of Faith, with events in nearly every state and several foreign countries aimed to bring glory to God for one evening of inspiring words, worship music and prayer.

T
he Lord has huge plans for the 15th annual Fields of Faith,” said FCA Executive Director of Ministry Advancement Jeff Martin, who originated the event in 2004. “This student-led, student-driven, peer-to-peer event inspires students to refuel their faith and get back to the basics of reading God’s Word through worship and personal testimonies. We can’t wait to see what God does through these awesome students at this year’s Fields of Faith.”

Fields of Faith seeks to spark a spiritual movement for God. Christianity needs a change in momentum—students who will stand together against the pressures and temptations in our world and be a generation that is committed to reading the Bible and applying it to their lives.

Last fall, thousands of lives were changed eternally on 521 fields across the country, as the 2017 event set a new record with 198,000 in attendance. Even more important, 6,213 made first-time faith commitments, 5,015 recommitted their lives to Christ, and 6,494 committed to reading their Bible.

Attendees at 2018 Fields of Faith events will share their thoughts and photos from the evening on social media at #FOF18.
